Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager at Changi Business Park to lead new business development in logistics and freight forwarding.

The role requires a sales hunter mindset, strong client relationship skills, and the ability to collaborate with operations to ensure service excellence. You will identify opportunities, build partnerships, and deliver regular sales reports. A valid Class 3 driving license and 3+ years’ logistics sales experience are essential, with a salary

Qualifications

• Relevant academic qualification in Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales in logistics/freight forwarder industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in managing client relationships.
• Proficient in MS Words/Excel.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head of Sales to develop and execute sales strategy to achieve growth targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, pipelines and performance updates
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights
• Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Generate and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management

Role: Assistant Sales Manager

Location: Changi Business Park

Working hours: Monday – Friday (8.30 am – 5.30 pm)

Budget: $4,000 - $5,000 + $100 (phone allowance) + $600 (fixed transport allowance) + Commission

• Must have class 3 driving license (no need to have own car)
• Able to do Sales hunter role with background in Air/sea/land freight OR doing container logistic
• Individual contributor
• Need to understand logistic incoterm
