Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Tender Lead to drive the end-to-end preparation and submission of civil engineering and infrastructure tenders in Singapore.

You will manage a dedicated team and collaborate with internal specialists to ensure compliant, competitive bids. The role requires at least 5 years in tendering within construction, with strong cost estimation, budgeting, and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in civil engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years tendering experience in construction or civil engineering.
• Experience leading or managing a tendering team.
• LTA or infrastructure tender experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the tendering team in preparing and submitting civil engineering and infrastructure tenders.
• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.
• Oversee cost estimation, budgeting, pricing, BOQ reviews, and subcontractor quotations.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on tender requirements.
• Assess project risks, contractual obligations, and commercial considerations.
• Monitor tender progress, deadlines, and submission compliance.
• Provide tender evaluations and pricing recommendations to management.
• Maintain tender records and support negotiations and project handovers.
