WEC Engineers & Constructors Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Manager to lead and manage the tender team for turnkey EPC tenders across Civil, Mechanical, and E&I scopes, ensuring submissions are complete and on schedule.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, at least 5 years relevant experience, ability to interpret drawings, cost estimation, and strong MS Office, AutoCAD, and Adobe skills; knowledge of MS Project/ Primavera is a plus.

Formación

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
• 5 years relevant experience.
• Able to interpret drawings.
• Knowledge of recent prices in EPC/ Construction works and cost estimation.
• Good communication skills and team leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage tender team for all tender activities (turnkey EPC with Civil, Mech, E&I scopes) and allocate tasks.
• Review tender documents and ensure all submissions are in order and compliant.
• Perform material take-off and costing for Mechanical work scopes (Piping, tanks, equipment, firefighting) and identify suppliers/subcontractors.
• Collaborate with BD, engineering, procurement, and project teams on tender estimation and submission.
