INTUIT RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled Tender Manager (Electrical) for a leading M&E client in Singapore. The position is based in the East and involves leading tendering, estimation, and risk assessments to deliver winning, cost-accurate proposals.

The role requires a Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field with at least 5 years of tendering experience, advanced Excel skills, and capable leadership of a tender/estimation team. Salary up to 8,000 SGD plus AWS and VB.

Qualifications

Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of tendering, estimation, or commercial management experience in construction or M&E.
Experience leading a tendering/estimation team.
Strong knowledge of cost estimation, cash flow forecasting, and risk assessment.
Proficient in Excel and cost/project management tools.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the Tendering and Estimation Department, ensuring a smooth tender process.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve SOPs for tendering processes.
Coach and develop team members in cost estimation and related skills.
Manage pre-tender activities and pre-qualification exercises.
Review base cost estimates and conduct risk assessments for tenders.
Prepare cash flow projections and P&L forecasts for tenders.
Coordinate tender submissions with cross-functional teams for timely delivery.
Present tender proposals and risk analyses to management and clients.
