Job summary

WINTEN CIVIL CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with 2+ years of experience to support tendering and project administration in Singapore. You will perform tender evaluation, take-off measurements, and manage progress claims, while sourcing subcontractors and ensuring cost control across projects.

You will contribute to subcontractor payments, variations, and documentation under ISO QMS guidelines, reporting to the Project Manager and coordinating ongoing tender activities.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in tender evaluation and preparing quotations.
• Experience with measurement take-offs and progress claims.
• Familiarity with subcontractor sourcing for tendering.
• Ability to evaluate sub-contractor payments and variations.

Responsibilities

• Familiar with evaluation of tender, preparation of tender & quotation.
• Responsible for taking off measurement & monthly progress claim.
• Carry out Quantity take-off for tendering of projects.
• Ability to source for supplies and sub-contractors for quotation for tendering.
• Evaluation and certificate of sub-contractors progress payments.
• Project administration and documentation include preparation of interim.
• Carry out miscellaneous tasks required as part of the ISO Quality Management System.
• Review and advise the Project Manager on the cost impact of variation of project specification.
• Other quantity surveyor duties as assigned.
• Award scope to Subcon, and verify their claims and VO
