Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take-off measurements and monthly progress claims.
• Carry out quantity take-off for tendering of projects.
• Source supplies and sub-contractors for tendering.
• Evaluate and certify subcontractors' progress payments.
• Project administration and documentation, including preparation of interim reports.
• Carry out miscellaneous QS duties as assigned.
• Other quantity surveyor duties as assigned.
