Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to prepare cost estimates, budgets, and take-offs for Singapore civil projects. You will evaluate subcontractor quotations and claims, and handle progress claims, variations, and final accounts in a collaborative team.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field and at least 3 years of Singapore experience, with familiarity of LTA contracts. This is an on-site position in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant Singapore construction experience.
• Familiarity with Singapore LTA contracts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and quantity take-offs.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and claims.
• Prepare progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
• Assist with contract administration and negotiations.
• Monitor project costs and maintain cost control.
