You will review drawings, prepare tender submissions, and coordinate with internal teams to meet deadlines. The role requires 2–3 years in construction tendering, strong cost estimation and contract knowledge, and proficiency in Excel and Glodon Cubicost.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in the construction industry with a focus on project tendering.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, cost estimation, and tender submission processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Glodon (Cubicost) and tendering software.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tenders.
• Able to work independently and be a good team player within a multi-disciplinary group.
• Possess excellent people skills and effective communication within the team.

Responsibilities

• Understand the requirement of tender document and drawings.
• Exercise collaborative plan and define extent of works
• Understand and deliver the tender activities within timelines
• General duty includes measurement of quantity, cost comparison and participate in prepare tender price
• Review of quotations with the specification designed
• Review of the quantity from each buddy, cross check for possible item that may have overlook
• Meeting and Discussion Subcon, Specialist, etc.
• Review of Value Engineering proposal/ Variations
• Other tasks assigned by the Management
