CHINA STATE CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING CORPORATION LIMITED SINGAPORE BRANCH is seeking a Tendering Engineer to support preparation of tenders, quotations, and cost estimates. You will review drawings, quantify work, compare costs, and ensure timely tender submissions in a multi-disciplinary team.

The role requires a diploma or degree in Architecture/Structure/M&E/Quantity Surveying, 2–3 years in construction tendering, strong Excel and Glodon Cubicost skills, and the ability to work under tight

Qualifications

• Qualification in Architecture/Structure/M&E/Quantity Surveying is required.
• 2–3 years in construction tendering with cost estimation experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, Glodon Cubicost and tendering tools.

Responsibilities

• Understand tender requirements and drawings.
• Prepare tender plans and define scope of works.
• Quantify quantities, compare costs, and prepare tender prices.
• Review quotations to align with specifications.
• Cross-check quantities from multiple sources and avoid omissions.
• Participate in meetings with subcontractors and specialists.
• Review value engineering proposals and variations.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.
