Job summary

Rich Construction Company PTE. LTD. is seeking a tendering-focused professional to join our construction team in Singapore. You will analyze drawings and requirements, plan collaboration, and deliver tender activities on schedule.

You will quantify costs, review quotations, and ensure alignment with specifications while working with a multi-disciplinary team. Strong Excel and Glodon Cubicost skills are essential, and you will manage multiple tenders under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Architecture, Structure, M&E or Quantity Surveying.
• 2–3 years in construction with focus on tendering.
• Knowledge of contracts, cost estimation, and tender submission.
• Proficient in Excel, Glodon Cubicost and tendering software.
• Able to work under tight deadlines and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Understand tender requirements and drawings.
• Develop collaborative plan and define scope.
• Deliver tender activities within timelines.
• Measure quantities, compare costs, and prepare tender prices.
• Review quotations against specifications.
• Cross-check quantities from team members.
• Participate in meetings with Subcon, Specialist, etc.
• Review value engineering proposals and variations.
• Other tasks assigned by management.
