Job summary

recruitflash pte. ltd. is seeking a seasoned Quantity Surveyor to prepare cost estimates and tender submissions for building projects.

You will review tender drawings, bills of quantities, and contract documents, and perform quantity take-offs, cost analysis, and pricing evaluations. The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field and a minimum of five years in QS, tendering or pre-contract functions, with main contractors preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying, Tendering, or Pre-Contract functions.
• Experience with main contractors will be highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates and tender submissions for building and construction projects.
• Review tender drawings, specifications, bills of quantities, and contract documents.
• Perform quantity take-offs, cost analysis, and pricing evaluations.
• Source, evaluate, and compare quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare tender costing sheets, commercial proposals, and cost build-ups.
• Identify discrepancies in tender documents and raise clarification queries when required.
