Responsibilities

• Preparing tender submissions within deadlines.
• Liaising with suppliers and vendors; reviewing quotations and proposals.
• Assisting in preparation of tender and material submissions.
• Creating preliminary project organisation charts, schedules and cash flow.
• Preparing presentation slides for tender interviews.
• Preparing budget sheets for awarded tenders.
• Monitoring construction costs against contract work quality.
• Ensuring costs are managed within budget throughout the project.
