Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying/Construction/Civil Management.
• Minimum 3 years of tendering and costing estimation / contract management in building construction projects.
• Proficient in cost estimation software and MS Excel.
• Experience leading successful bids and securing new business.
• Deep commercial acumen, including expertise in contract law and negotiation strategies.
• Comfortable working 5.5 work week, alternate saturday

Responsibilities

• Lead the tender lifecycle from opportunity identification to timely final submission and improve bidding processes.
• Generate precise costings from first-principle build-ups and conduct detailed quantity take-offs.
• Apply technical knowledge of infrastructure works and methodologies to define project scopes and strategic pricing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to craft compelling, high-quality tender documents that effectively communicate the company's value proposition.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations, cross-check quantities to prevent omissions, and assess cost impacts including value engineering and variations.
• Manage, guide, and mentor the Quantity Surveying team to ensure high performance and accuracy under tight deadlines
