Job summary

ALLIANCE BUILDER PTE. LTD is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to oversee the full spectrum of contracts administration and quantity surveying from pre- to post-contract.

You will prepare tender documents, cost estimates, and procurement strategies while evaluating subcontractor tenders. You will manage progress payments, variations, and final accounts, monitor costs, and lead value engineering efforts.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or related disciplines.
• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of standard contract conditions, construction law, and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full spectrum of contracts administration and quantity surveying duties from pre- to post-contract.

• Proficient in contract administration software and MS Office (Word, Excel, Project).
• Team player with a proactive and hands-on attitude.
