Job summary

HO LEE CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a senior Quantity Surveyor to lead tender teams for building works. You will provide QS inputs, pricing, submissions, and oversee cost control across projects.

Ideal candidate: degree in Quantity Surveying, 10+ years QS experience with 3+ years in leadership, proven tender management, and knowledge of building contracts; Glodon/Bluebeam experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must hold a degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• 10+ years of QS experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in tender management and project QS.
• Strong knowledge of building works, contracts, and pricing.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with Public and Private Residential Housing, Institutional projects.
