Job summary

HO LEE CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD seeks a seasoned Contract Manager to lead contract administration for Singapore projects. You will review terms, assess risks, and ensure compliance while coordinating with project teams and clients.

The role requires 5–8 years in contract management or QS, strong knowledge of construction contracts and law, and excellent negotiation and leadership skills. Experience with PSSCOC/REDAS/SIA forms is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• 5-8 years of experience in contract management or QS.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and law.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with PSSCOC, REDAS and SIA Form of Contract.
• Experience with Public and Private Residential Housing projects and Institutional projects.
• Professional QS certification is an advantage.
