Job summary

wee poh construction co. (pte.) ltd. is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor leader to head tender activities and oversee project QS work.

The role requires strong leadership and a proven track record in tender management across public and private housing and institutional projects. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, ensure compliant submissions, and coordinate with clients and subcontractors to safeguard cost control and contract compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• 10+ years of QS experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in tender management and project QS.
• Strong knowledge of building works, contracts, and pricing.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Proficient in QS software (e.g. Glodon, Bluebeam).
• Experience with Public and Private Residential Housing, Institutional projects.
• Candidates with Professional QS certification will be an advantage.
