Job summary

APP ENGINEERING PTE LTD is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for a 6-month maternity cover position. The successful candidate will provide overall administrative support throughout the tender life cycle and assist with submissions and compliance.

The ideal candidate should have a Diploma in a relevant discipline, at least 2 years of experience in the Construction Industry, and proficiency in Microsoft tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related working experience in the Construction Industry.
• Able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall administrative support in preparation and submission of project tenders.
• Provide secretarial support to HOD/Tender Manager.
• Support tender costing and evaluation function.
• Maintain organized records of all tender-related documents.
• Ensure timely submission of all tender documents.
