Tyson Jay Management Pte Ltd seeks a detail-oriented Tender Coordinator to identify tender opportunities, review specifications and prepare cost estimates for bids. You will assemble submissions, obtain vendor quotations and compare values, while negotiating terms with suppliers and maintaining client relationships.

The role requires 2+ years in tendering or related commercial coordination, with strong Excel and MS Office skills to manage multiple deadlines across projects.

Competenze

• Diploma or degree in Business, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years in tendering, project costing, quotations, contracts or commercial coordination; construction, M&E, ELV or AV experience is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tender deadlines.
