Position: Contract Manager (Electrical Construction / M&E/ Tender)
Location: Kent Ridge (4-minute walk from Kent Ridge MRT)
Working hours: 5 days work week, Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to Gross $9,000 (Inclusive Basic + Allowance) + AWS + Performance Bonus + Labour Day Appreciation + Annual Company Trip

Main Responsibilities:
- Manage electrical construction contracts from award to completion.
- Review contracts, drawings, BOQ, scope of work and contractual obligations.
- Monitor project cost, revenue, budget, profitability and cash flow.
- Prepare progress claims, variation orders, EOT claims and final accounts.
- Negotiate commercial and contractual matters with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Manage subcontractor quotations, pricing, purchase orders, payments and performance.
- Coordinate with project, engineering, site, procurement and accounts teams.
- Monitor project progress and identify delay, cost and contractual risks.
- Maintain contract documents, correspondence, claims, VO records and meeting minutes.
- Support project handover, defects rectification and final account settlement.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related discipline.
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in electrical construction, contract administration, quantity surveying or project commercial management.
- Experience in building construction or electrical installation projects will be advantageous.
- Good knowledge of electrical construction works, BOQ, measurements, claims, variations and final accounts.
- Experience preparing progress claims and variation quotations.
- Able to read electrical drawings, specifications and contract documents.
- Strong negotiation, communication and coordination skills.
- Good commercial awareness and ability to monitor project cost and profitability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and project documentation.
- Able to manage multiple projects and travel to project sites when required.
