Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a data-driven professional to develop a central commercial data platform by organizing supplier quotations from awarded projects, enabling reliable pricing for future tenders. The role emphasizes data integrity and pricing workflows.

You will collaborate with suppliers and internal teams, manage tender pricing processes, and leverage Excel tools to enhance efficiency. This on-site Singapore-based position offers up to S$4,000 monthly depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a related field
• Strong Excel and data management skills
• Able to compare prices and communicate with suppliers
• Experience in tender, costing or procurement
• AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage

About the role

This position will prioritize the development of a central commercial data platform by accumulating and organizing past and present supplier quotations, particularly from awarded projects, to create a reliable pricing track record for future project tenders.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain supplier pricing, product and quotation databases.


• Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers for prices, products and specifications.


• Prepare and compare quotations for tenders and costing.


• Support tender preparation, pricing analysis and budgetary submissions.


• Use Excel Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP and AI tools to improve efficiency.


• Assist the Key Account Manager with VE proposals, presentations and documentation.
