Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is offering a 3-month contract position in Singapore, with a monthly salary of SGD 2,500–3,000.

The role requires immediate availability through end-December and involves checking supplier pricing, applying for Letters of Credit, and managing customs-related duties and import/export documentation. Candidates with NITEC in Supply Chain or related fields and at least 2 years of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum NITEC in Supply Chain, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Experience in Import/Export, 3PL, Supply Chain or Logistics preferred.
• Alternatively, candidates with a Customs Competency Test for Declarants Certificate are welcome.
• Ideally 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Check supplier pricing and invoices for accuracy.
• Apply for Letters of Credit (LC).
• Perform customs-related functions, including customs duty permit declarations.
• Support import/export documentation and processes.
• Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
