Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is seeking Permit Declarant Officers for a 3-month contract based at Paya Lebar (The Pulse). The role focuses on daily customs, import/export and logistics documentation to ensure accurate processing of documents.

You will check invoices, prepare documents, assist with permits and LC applications, and maintain records in the company system. Immediate start preferred for suitable candidates.

Qualifications

NITEC in supply chain, logistics, or related fields.
Logistics/Import & Export / 3PL / Freight Forwarding experience welcome.
Customs Competency Test for Declarants certification is an advantage.
Preferably 2 years of relevant experience.
Comfortable using computers and handling documents.
Careful and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

Check supplier invoices and pricing.
Prepare and process import/export documents.
Assist with customs permit declarations.
Assist with LC applications.
Update information in the company's system.
Check documents and information for accuracy.
Perform other administrative duties when required.
