Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is hiring Permit Declarant Officers on a 3-month contract to support customs, trade documentation and import/export activities.

The role is office-based at Paya Lebar, with immediate start and a monthly salary up to SGD 3,000. Responsibilities include handling customs functions and permit declarations, reviewing supplier pricing and trade docs, processing Letters of Credit where required, and ensuring timely submissions.

Qualifications

• Minimum NITEC in Supply Chain, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Experience in import/export, 3PL, supply chain or logistics will be advantageous.
• Customs Competency Test for Declarants certification will be an advantage.
• Preferably 2 years of relevant experience.
• Good communication and language proficiency.
• Computer literate with good attention to detail.
• Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Handle customs functions and permit declarations, including customs duty permit applications.
• Review supplier pricing, invoices and trade-related documentation for accuracy.
• Apply for and process Letters of Credit where required.
• Support import/export and logistics documentation in accordance with relevant requirements.
• Verify information and ensure accurate and timely submission of declarations.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
