Job Description
  • Perform administrative processes for incoming students which includes programme registration to onboard incoming students
  • Secure vendors such as photographers/videographers for upcoming events
  • Source for venue for the May 2026 welcome reception
  • Secure laptops, equipment for segments
  • Compile parking requests from students and secure parking coupons
  • Arrange for transportation (site visits, campus tour)
  • Development of student profile booklet for the new intake
  • Updating of student profile booklet for senior cohort
  • Prepare logistics required for courses
  • Event coordination and management
  • Any other administrative and logistical duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • At least a Diploma from a local Polytechnic
  • Proven experience in an administrative role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
  • A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Appointment job grade will commensurate with the selected candidate's experience
