Qualifications

• LCCI or Diploma in Accountancy/Finance required.
• At least 1 year of AP experience or internship in finance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor and employee invoices; code and enter into accounting system.
• Reconcile vendor statements monthly and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in payment preparation and processing (TELEgraphic transfers, GIRO, or cheques).
• Ensure three-way matching (PO, DO, Invoice) and obtain internal approvals.
• Maintain filing of financial documents and payment records; support month-end close.
