Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a capable Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse and online order operations. You will process sales, customer orders, refunds and online enquiries, and help ensure accurate stock levels.

Responsibilities include arranging deliveries with logistics providers, coordinating warehouse distribution to outlets, and assisting with roster planning and stock handling in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is desired, ideally in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Team player with good communication and collaborative skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced setting and able to manage multiple tasks.

Who We’re Looking For

• Higher NITEC / NITEC / A Levels preferably with retail experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Independent, detail-oriented and a good team player
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Able to lift at least 5kg and perform regular standing, bending and stock handling
