Job summary

Singapore National Eye Centre is seeking an Associate to support warehouse and online operations, ensuring efficient inventory management and excellent customer service. You will monitor stock, perform cycle counts, and assist in stocktakes while handling invoices, shipping labels, and delivery coordination for online orders.

You will also support new outlet projects, maintain accurate product uploads and pricing, and respond promptly to customer enquiries and complaints in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Higher NITEC/NITEC/ GCE N/O/A levels with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Conversant in English and a second language.
• Good team player and independent worker who requires minimal supervision.
• Detail-oriented with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift stocks for display and replenishment on shelves and stockholding areas.
• Detail-oriented with ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
• Able to lift at least 5kg.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and replenish stock levels, conduct weekly cycle counts and participate in annual stocktaking.
• Handle point-of-sale functions, generate invoices and shipping labels for online orders, and coordinate delivery arrangements with logistics providers.
• Support new outlet projects by liaising with various departments to coordinate consumables requirements and stock transfers.
• Maintain the online sales platform by ensuring accurate product uploads and pricing verification.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to enquiries and resolving complaints.

You will handle point-of-sale functions, generate invoices and shipping labels for online orders, and coordinate delivery arrangements with logistics providers. Additionally, you will support new outlet projects by liaising with various departments to coordinate consumables requirements and stock transfers, maintain the online sales platform by ensuring accurate product uploads and pricing verification, and provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to enquiries and resolving complaints.

Job Requirements:

• Higher NITEC/NITEC/ GCE N/O/A levels with at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the retail industry


• Conversant in English and a second language


• Good team player and independent worker who requires minimal supervision


• Detail-oriented with ability to work in a fast-paced environment


• Able to lift stocks for display and replenishment on shelves and stockholding areas

• Able to lift at least 5kg. Daily work involves a lot of physical activity including lifting of stocks, standing and bending.
