Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is hiring a Temp Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse and online retail operations for a pharmacy environment.

The role involves processing online orders, managing inventory, and coordinating with logistics for timely deliveries. The position offers a 3‑month contract with potential extension and a 9:00–17:00, Monday to Friday work schedule in Singapore.

Qualifications

• NITEC or equivalent qualification is required.
• Retail or warehouse experience is advantageous.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office is expected.

We are hiring a Temp Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse and online retail operations for a pharmacy environment.

Salary: $11/hour
Contract: 3 months, renewable with potential for longer-term opportunity
Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 9.00am–5.00pm

Job Responsibilities

• Process online orders, refunds and customer enquiries.
• Operate the Point-of-Sales system and record sales transactions.
• Receive, organise and manage inventory and stock.
• Coordinate stock returns and warehouse distribution to outlets.
• Coordinate with logistics providers for timely deliveries.

Requirements

• NITEC / Higher NITEC / A Levels.
• Retail or warehouse experience is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Comfortable with regular standing, bending and handling of stock.
