We are seeking a Senior Associate to support the daily operations of our retail pharmacy, focusing on customer service excellence and efficient store operations.

What You Will Do:

You will assist with the comprehensive daily operations of the retail pharmacy, providing excellent customer service to patients and customers whilst performing cashier duties and rendering administrative support to colleagues. Your responsibilities include managing the replenishment and display of products on retail shelves and stockholding areas, ensuring optimal product presentation and availability. Your role also involves uploading price files, ensuring accurate pricing and product information in the retail system, and setting up promotional displays and materials. You will be responsible for performing housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organised retail environment and enforcing safety and security measures throughout the retail pharmacy to ensure compliance with operational standards.

Job Requirements:

• Higher NITEC, NITEC, or GCE 'N'/'O'/'A' Level with at least 4 years of working experience, preferably in the retail industry and/or with cashiering experience
• Basic computing skills
• Good team player who can work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to lift stocks for display and replenishment on shelves and stockholding areas
• Detail-oriented with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Adaptable to change including rotation of duties or outlets at short notice
• Physically fit with ability to lift at least 5kg
