Job summary

ACHIEVE CAREER CONSULTANT PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a reliable warehouse assistant for a 3-month assignment at Bukit Merah. The role involves physical work, routine processes, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include monitoring and replenishing stock, conducting regular stock counts, assisting with stocktaking, and resolving discrepancies. You will support day-to-day online sales tasks such as preparing invoices and shipping labels.

Qualifications

• Minimum N level with at least 2 years of relevant experience
• Able to lift stocks (5kg) for display and replenishment on shelves and stockholding areas
• Good team player and independent worker who requires minimal supervision
• Ok with standing, walking and bending.

Job description

We are looking for reliable, responsible and hardy individual who is able to start work immediately to support our client in their warehouse operations for a 3 month period over at Bukit Merah.

This role is suitable for someone who is comfortable/enjoys physical work, routine processes and working in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and replenishing stock, conducting regular stock counts, and assisting with annual stocktaking exercises. You will also be required to investigate and resolve stock discrepancies when they arise.

In addition to warehouse duties, you will support the day-to-day online sales operations, including preparing invoices and shipping labels, and coordinating deliveries with logistics providers.

You will also assist with new outlet openings, including coordinating consumables and stock transfers with different departments. Part of the role involves maintaining the online sales platform by uploading products and checking that product information and pricing are accurate.

The role involves daily physical activity, including prolonged standing, bending, stock replenishment and lifting of items weighing at least 5kg.

The warehouse itself is not hot and have adequate ventilation infrastructure. If you are looking for a hands-on role and a good workout, this could be a good fit for you. Otherwise, look elsewhere.

Working days: Monday - Friday
Working hours: 8am - 6pm
Pay: $11/hour
