Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a part-time on-site role at United Square (Novena) in Singapore. The position handles customer and parent inquiries over the phone, assists with enrolment, and relays information to the sales team.

Shifts include 3 weekdays and 2 weekends, with an immediate start and extension through Dec 26. The role requires friendly, professional communication and the ability to manage enquiries and feedback promptly.

Location: United Square (Novena)

Duration: Immediate to End Dec 26 (ext)

Salary: $12/HR

Working Schedule: 3 weekdays and 2 weekends

• Weekdays (10am-7pm/1pm-10pm)
• Weekends (9am-6pm)

Responsibilities

• Field parent/customer enquiries over the phone.
• Assist with student enrolment over the phone (providing of general details about our programmes to parents and directing leads to our sales team).
• Handle customer feedback promptly and professionally.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by management, not limited to helping with front desk walk-in enquiries when needed.
