Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking Temp Registration Callers to support an education organisation. You will field parent and customer enquiries by phone and assist with enrolment, providing general programme details.

Work schedule includes 3 weekdays and 2 weekend days per week, with weekday shifts 10:00–19:00 or 13:00–22:00 and weekend shifts 9:00–18:00. Location is Novena; contract runs immediately through December 2026, with possible extension.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle enrolment information over the phone.
• Professional and courteous telephone manner.

Responsibilities

• Handle field parent/customer enquiries over the phone.
• Assist with enrolment over the phone by providing programme details.
• Direct leads to sales team when appropriate.
• Assist with front desk walk-in enquiries when required.
