Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a frontline customer service assistant for immediate start at Novena. The role involves handling phone enquiries, assisting with student enrolment, and supporting the front desk during peak hours.

You will work 3 weekdays and 2 weekends, with shifts 10am-7pm or 1pm-10pm on weekdays and 9am-6pm on weekends. This temporary contract runs until 30 November 2026, paying SGD 12 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and phone etiquette.
• Able to handle inquiries and direct leads to the sales team.

Responsibilities

• Field parent/customer enquiries over the phone.
• Assist with student enrolment over the phone and provide general programme details to parents / direct leads to sales team.
• Handle customer feedback promptly and professionally.
• Support front desk walk-in enquiries when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Field parent/customer enquiries over the phone.
• Assist with student enrolment over the phone (providing of general details about our programmes to parents and directing leads to our sales team).
• Handle customer feedback promptly and professionally.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by management, not limited to helping with front desk walk-in enquiries when needed.
