Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd, an established education centre on Thomson Road, is seeking a reception/administrative staff member to support enrolments and respond to parent enquiries. The role involves handling enquiries, registering students, organizing data, and liaising with teachers and parents.

Weekend work (Sat/Sun) is required; basic salary up to SGD 2,400 with a variable bonus, contingent on performance.

Qualifications

• GCE N level or above.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Must work on Saturday and Sunday.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Weekdays off only.

Responsibilities

• Attend to reception duties of the school and handle enquiries from new and existing parents.
• Facilitate student registration process
• Organise and maintain course & student data
• Update statistics report for the branch
• Liaise with Chinese teachers and parents on administrative matters
