Rapid Recruitment Asia Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Order Fulfilment Coordinator for a 2-month contract in Singapore. You will manage end-to-end order processing, coordinate with customer service, demand planning, logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate orders.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in a related field, at least 1 year in order processing or sales coordination, strong communication, and proficiency with Excel and ERP systems (SAP a plus).

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in order processing, sales coordination, or supply chain operations.
• Good communication and coordination skills across departments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP or similar will be an advantage).

• Handle order fulfilment for open orders created by the Customer Service or Demand Planning team.
• Arrange and coordinate inventory stock with buyers/purchasing teams to ensure timely fulfilment of customer orders.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Order Fulfilment Coordinator to join our team on a2 month contract. You will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate order processing, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting smooth delivery operations to meet customer expectations.

Working Hours: 8am to 5pm (5 days work)

Transport Provided: Chinese Garden MRT & Woodlands MRT Station

Key Responsibilities
