Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd in Loyang, Singapore is seeking a Logistics Coordinator with at least 2 years’ experience in freight forwarding. You will handle documentation for shipments, plan collection and delivery to meet cut-off times, and ensure accurate processing of shipments.

You will follow up with customers on shipment status, build strong relationships, and forecast customer requirements while maintaining close contact for month-end closing of accounts.

Qualifications

• Diploma / ITE preferably in Logistics / Supply Chain / Operations Management.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in freight forwarding companies.
• Knowledge of Sysfreight & Tradenet will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• To handle documentation for all shipments and plan for collection/delivery in order to meet cut-off timing.
• Preparing and processing of shipments.
• Follow-up with customers on shipment status, building good customer relationship and assist on customers’ requests.
• Maintain regular contact/rapport in understanding and forecasting customer's requirements.
• Responsible to close all job files promptly to meet month end closing of accounts.
