Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to support the full recruitment cycle for clients. You will post job advertisements, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and act as the primary contact for candidates through the process.

The role offers one-to-one mentorship, exposure to the complete recruitment workflow from posting to contract signing, and coordination across multiple stakeholders while strengthening organisational communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Post and manage job advertisements across relevant platforms and portals
• Screen incoming resumes and coordinate candidate shortlisting with the recruitment team
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Prepare and send out offer letters, employment contracts, and pre-onboarding documentation
• Facilitate new hire onboarding, including documentation collection and orientation coordination
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and recruitment records
