Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a contracted HR/Marketing support for a 6-month term at One-North, Singapore. You will help drive employer branding through videos, brochures and campaigns, while coordinating with teams and vendors on timelines and deliverables.

You’ll also assist with employee stories, social content and recruitment drives, preparing notes and updates for stakeholders. The role involves event logistics and procurement support.

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma in HR or business/ Marketing/ any relevant field.
• Experience in career fairs, outreach programmes, campaigns or event coordination is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support employer branding initiatives, including recruitment videos, corporate brochures and talent attraction campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on project timelines and deliverables.
• Assist with employee stories, photos, videos and marketing collateral.
• Prepare meeting notes, presentations, procurement documents and project updates.
• Support career fairs, campus engagement sessions and recruitment drives.
• Coordinate event logistics and manage outreach materials and inventory.
• Assist with procurement and maintain the nursing ambassador database.
• Assist in creating social media and digital content to promote the organisation as an employer of choice.
• Support campaign scheduling, performance tracking and reporting.
• Contribute creative ideas to engage students and early-career talent.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor employer branding and candidate experience.
• Assist with talent attraction research, presentations and workforce-related projects.
