Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a proactive recruitment assistant to support the full cycle of hiring. You will post jobs, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and assist with onboarding and documentation, under guidance from the recruitment team.

You will develop organisational and communication skills, gain exposure to stakeholder coordination, and have potential for contract extension or conversion based on performance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Post and manage job advertisements across relevant platforms and portals.
• Screen incoming resumes and coordinate candidate shortlisting with the recruitment team.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Prepare and send out offer letters, employment contracts, and pre-onboarding documentation.
• Facilitate new hire onboarding, including documentation collection and orientation coordination.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and recruitment records.
