Job summary

A global staffing company in Singapore is seeking a Temp Executive/Senior Executive for Performance Management. This contract role involves supporting the implementation of the annual performance management framework and facilitating the performance appraisal cycle. Applicants should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possess experience in performance management or compensation. Proficiency in MS Office is essential. Salary up to $4.5K.

Qualifications

Temp Executive / Senior Executive, Performance Management, Human Capital, Up $4.5K

Work Type: Contract (1-year)

Working Hours: 9AM – 6.30PM Monday to Friday

Working Location: Kallang

What you will be working on
  • Support the implementation of annual performance management (PM) framework and assessment to be used for the review of staff performance
  • Conduct periodic review of HR and relevant policies, benchmarking and comparative studies activities with external agencies
  • Facilitate the organization's performance appraisal cycle.
  • Streamline relevant processes and work with consultant to enhance the Performance management (PM) system, where applicable.
  • Provide secretariat support to PM calibration/ranking meetings.
  • Assist in the review and implementation of compensation and rewards policies, conduct analysis of market trends and make appropriate recommendations.
  • Assist in the review and implementation of the salary structure including starting salary framework, increment and bonus matrices.
  • In adddition to the above stated duties, undertake other duties as assign.
