Job summary

ST LOGISTICS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an entry-level Accounts Payable trainee to process supplier invoices, verify approvals and supporting documents, and assist with inter-company reconciliations. The position requires a Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance, willingness to work under tight deadlines, and daily on-site presence at 60 Pioneer Road, Tuas with OT as needed.

Responsibilities

• Review and process supplier invoices for accuracy and policy compliance in ERP systems
• Verify invoice approvals and supporting docs (quotations, contracts, AWB/BL/DO) and GST compliance
• Support and liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve AP issues
• Track and reconcile outstanding accruals and expenses for month-end closing
• Reconcile inter-company balances and bank reconciliation items
• Assist with digitalisation, projects and system enhancements
• Take on ad-hoc duties as assigned
