Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a detail‑oriented Order Processing Assistant for a 6‑month contract at Paya Lebar MRT. The role includes a monthly rotating standby schedule on weekends/public holidays.

You will process orders, provide price quotations, distribute to suppliers, and log data in Oracle ERP. Strong communication, organization, and MS Office skills are prized; completion bonus available.

This position requires Diploma in Business Studies and at least 2 years’ relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Familiar with Oracle system and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Process orders for materials from sales staff or direct customers’ contacts.
• Provide price quotations and complete order sheets based on the item list.
• Distribute order sheets to respective suppliers.
• Log order information into Oracle ERP.
• Other duties as assigned.
