Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is hiring for a Materials Order Administrator on a maternity cover contract in Singapore, based near Paya Lebar MRT. The role requires processing material orders, quoting prices, and coordinating with suppliers.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Business Studies, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and proficiency with Oracle ERP and Microsoft Office. Availability for monthly standby on weekends/public holidays is necessary.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Studies or its equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Familiar with Oracle system and proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Strong communication and good interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous, organized and resourceful team player.
• Available to be on monthly rotating standby schedule during weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Process order for materials from sales staff or direct customers’ contacts
• Provide price quotations and complete order sheets based on the item list
• Distribute order sheets to respective suppliers
• Log order information into ERP system (Oracle)
• Other duties as assigned
