Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an Order Processor to support our sales and customers from our Singapore office. You will manage material orders, prepare quotations, and coordinate with suppliers, logging data into the Oracle ERP system.

This role requires a diploma, at least 2 years' experience, strong communication, and availability for monthly rotating standby on weekends/public holidays. Location: Paya Lebar area. 6 months contract with completion bonus.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Familiar with Oracle system and proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Strong communication and good interpersonal skills.
• Available for monthly rotating standby schedule during weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Process order for materials from sales staff or direct customers’ contacts.
• Provide price quotations and complete order sheets based on the item list.
• Distribute order sheets to respective suppliers.
• Log order information into the ERP system (Oracle).
• Other duties as assigned.
