Job summary

GMP Technologies (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a Production Assistant for a 6-month contract to support materials control on the factory floor. You will update material status in Excel/ERP trackers daily, help manage shortages, and liaise with Purchasing to keep production orders moving as planned.

The role requires basic experience with Excel and ERP inventory systems, strong teamwork, and good communication. Applicants should be able to commit to the contract duration and work well in a collaborative

• Status Tracking: Update materials status in Excel/ERP trackers daily based on material availability.
• Shortage Management: Monitor Missing Parts lists; identify overdue items and flag them to the team.
• Purchasing Liaison: Follow up on Production Orders (RP) with Purchasing for the factory floor to ensure they are moving through the stages as planned.

• Able to commit a 6-month contract with relevant job experiences.
