Job summary

GMP Technologies (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a QC Technician for a six-month contract to support incoming part inspections and dimensional checks. You will use Vernier calipers, micrometers, and height gauges to verify specifications and read basic mechanical drawings.

The role includes maintaining FIFO lanes in the QC lab, recording inspection results, and assisting with non-conformance reports. Strong communication and a proactive attitude are essential for success in this engineering-focused QA/QC

Qualifications

• Experience in QA/QC, preferably in engineering.
• Ability to read basic mechanical drawings and interpret dimensions.
• Proficiency with gauging tools for inspection tasks.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Inspection: Support visual and dimensional checks for incoming parts and sub-assemblies.
• Tool Usage: Proficient in using Vernier calipers, micrometer, and height gauges to verify specifications.
• Drawing Reading: Able to read and understand basic mechanical drawings.
• FIFO Management: Maintain Firs-In, First-Out lanes in the QC lab to prioritize critical items.
• Documentation: Record inspection results and assist in processing Non-Conformance Reports (NCR).

Requirements:

• Possess a relevant QA/QC experiences especially for Engineering field.
• Know how to use measurements to spare parts.
• Able to commit with 6-months contract with positive attitude and good communication skills.
