Job summary

PERSOL Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Supplier Management Executive to support onboarding, data maintenance, and user support within a digital procurement environment. You will collaborate with suppliers, procurement teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate supplier records, smooth portal usage, and timely issue resolution while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, IS or related discipline.
• Experience in procurement, purchasing, customer service, data administration or shared services is advantageous.
• Experience with ERP or procurement systems is beneficial.
• SAP Ariba exposure is a plus but not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data accuracy is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support suppliers with registration, onboarding and profile updates.
• Guide suppliers through portal processes and address user enquiries.
• Follow up on incomplete registrations and onboarding activities.
• Assist with supplier account access and system-related support requests.
• Investigate and resolve supplier portal issues.
• Coordinate with technical support teams to track and resolve system-related matters.
• Maintain issue logs and monitor resolution progress.
• Identify recurring issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Review supplier records for completeness and accuracy.
• Support data cleansing and duplicate record verification activities.

About the role
