Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore is seeking a results-driven salesperson to handle inbound calls for appointment bookings, respond to inquiries, and convert leads into appointments. You will uphold a positive brand image and support sales targets.

Requirements: Diploma or higher; at least 2 years in sales/telemarketing; Mandarin preferred; customer-focused with excellent telephone etiquette; able to work independently. Healthcare or services experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in sales/telesales/telemarketing.
• Customer-oriented with passion in serving customers.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Mandarin speaking preferred.
• Independent player and is motivated to complete any task without much supervision.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Experience in healthcare or service-related industries is an advantage.
• Candidates with extensive experience and a proven track record may be considered for a managerial position.
