Job description

Role Purpose:

Lead the sales team to achieve enrolment and revenue targets, maintain strong healthcare partnerships and deliver excellent customer service. Work closely with CRM, Marketing, Operations and Accounts to improve sales performance and customer experience.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Target Achievement: Set team and individual action plans, monitor sales targets and conversion, and address performance gaps.
2. Team Management: Manage manpower deployment, attendance, discipline, productivity and regular performance reviews.
3. Training & Coaching: Conduct onboarding, product training, sales coaching and customer service training. Ensure accurate communication of approved product benefits and limitations.
4. Salesforce Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate recording of leads, consultations, follow-ups and sales opportunities in Salesforce.
5. CRM Collaboration: Work closely with CRM on lead assignment, appointment management, follow-up quality, reporting and conversion improvement.
6. Marketing Collaboration: Coordinate campaigns, promotions and events with Marketing, ensuring clear sales actions and timely follow-up.
7. Business Development: Build relationships with O&G doctors, nurses, clinics and hospitals, including joint visits and presentations.
8. Customer Service: Support complex enquiries, resolve escalated complaints and coordinate smooth customer handovers.
9. Events & Activities: Plan sales coverage for hospital counters, baby fairs, seminars, antenatal talks and laboratory visits.
10. Internal Coordination: Liaise with Operations on collection and pending cases, and Accounts on payments, commissions and approved partner payments.
11. Reporting: Submit sales forecasts and performance reports, recommend improvements and undertake other reasonable duties assigned by management.
